The 5-3-1 plans work and this app makes it easy! by Unknown

I had never tried the 5-3-1 strength plans until I got this app. I'm an ectomorph (hard to build muscle) but this helped me gain strength through progression. It's not much (I'm 150 lbs) but I went from a 185 LB deadlift 1RM to 205 LB after the first 4-week cycle. The ONLY suggestion I'd make is to allow a user to add multiple exercises *per day* rather than only one exercise per day. (UI tweak: put the exercise card objects in a vertical stack such as Day 1: Exercise A then under it Day 1: Exercise B and just continue the same Week selecting as done now). Also maybe remove the max exercises per week limit. I spun off an Excel spreadsheet so I could use this method for more exercises than the program allows in a given cycle. But still, I use this daily when doing strength work and I love it! Keep it up!

Great app for what it does. Only complaint is the lack of accessory options. So if you do say the BBB accessory work you still need to manage it elsewhere. Wanted to use this app but I'll stick with my spreadsheet I guess.
