Runtastic

Windows 10 Mobile August 2017 corrupted Runtastic on all my phones. Runtastic now will quit while loading. Delete and reinstall does not solve it. Runtastic now become impossible to use on all my Windows 10 phones. Down rate to Zero star Runtastic needs to be rated zero star.

Last couple of Runtastic updates cause session to disappear. Prompts to add "paused time" to the session, but distance covered is lost. If the Pro version does this too, I pity those who paid for it. Time to uninstall and find something else...

After losing pro trial, tracking stops working correctly, resulting in the application saying I ran half a mile when previously the same route was 3 miles.

I used to love this app, had it with me regularly for runs, hikes, bike rides. Recently, however, something broke: the app doesn't record anything anymore when the phone is locked. Sure, upon restart it offers to add the time to the active session - but there is no GPS tracking anymore, which means no info about speed and distance. PLEASE fix this as fast as possible - the way it is right now, the app is nearly useless!

Former "map my run" user. Switched to Runtastic when MMR stopped working on my phone. Love this app, so far. I'm still getting to know all the features, but it beats anything I've used to date. *Update: Removed three stars because the app randomly pauses, or stops running under lock screen, even though I've set it to continue running. I've pretty much given up on it. Disappointing.

Started out good for 2 days & was about to buy the pro version but it crashes on my Lumia 1020. I run the same route so I know how long it is. On my third day of running then it started I ran 1.83 miles next day .5 the next day 2.6. It's a 3 mile run. I am uninstalling and moving on. Sorry

I'm deleting this app, it keeps pausing during my run and doesn't add the correct distance, thus making all the other statistics incorrect. No good! Try again developers! Very frustrating!
