Runtastic PRO

App now crashes on start, immediately following Windows 10 Update 15063.502 for arm devices. No sequence of re-installing the app and/or restarting the phone solves the problem. Another great Windows Phone app bites the dust. (Runtastic website advises that they will no longer update their Windows Phone app, so this break is the unfortunate end of the line for the app on this platform. Microsoft should be embarrassed.)

Rated the app 5 stars originally, and happily bought the pro version to support the developer(s). However, after switching back from iPhone to Windows Phone (Windows 10) I realized that while the iPhone app had further evolved, they had done absolutely NOTHING to the Windows version. I was looking forward to using it on my surface on the bike but as it stands now I'll probably go to another app... From 5 stars to 2. Well done

I am a runtastic gold member and own the pro version in windows phone and android platforms an here's what I miss in the WP version: -workout start countdown (this one is so unbelievable how it is missing!) -target workout -summary chart with pace, distance and altitude -lock button Also, the windows phone version is full of bugs and should has not been approved for release. It also doesn't provide weather update, since the runtastic team discontinued this feature on the WP version. In my view, the WP platform is much richer than the android and I would gladly change my run device for WP specially for my Zune subscription integration. At least for a question of fairness i wouldn't charge the same for both platform runtastic versions. Hope the runtastic team handles this and invest in the WP platform version. Thanks

Really love this app. Live tracking is nice so my wife can see where I'm at on my bike ride. Would really like landscape view and speedometer though.

Great app. -1* as I wish they integrated with Polar heart rate monitors, vs their own proprietary heart rate monitor.

Great and reliable app. I'm missing a heart monitor for the WP platform in US market though.

Good app. Probably the best along with Adidas miCoach. However, coming from Nike+ on other platforms, it lacks several features that I would expect to have on a paid version. First, taking pictures should allow us to share to social media, including Instagram. Second, live tracking does not cheer you up if you get likes or comments on Facebook. Third, media player should work with Spotify or other music apps (Xbox music?).

Excellent program. I recently started walking for exercise at 74 years old, and Parkinson's disease. The exercise in about three months, has dropped me from 188 pounds to 169. Fun to watch and monitor the improvements. The best though, walking the challenge has helped to reduce my symptoms.
