This is a great app if you want to get in shape, I stopped going to the gym because it cost to much, and this kept me in perfect (almost better) condition as to paying for the gym. Instead of paying those painful gym costs, I only had to download a simple easy app!

It has a great database of exercises to use in a workout, it just doesn't provide training plans or anything. Numerous typos. Visual examples that are not stock photos are rather amature and badly cropped. Other than that rather good. Useful to use as a workout dictionary.
