In the Color Wheel Designer(CWD) software, based on the HTML color code, you can see with one click that the color where it is located on the two color wheels to understand the color theory relationships.

The most important is the color search function, which finds the desired and closest color from the colors stored in the color palette and immediately shows the fantasy name of this closest color or its name in the palette.

By dragging and moving, you can place the six discs anywhere on the two color wheels, which according to color theory show symmetry.

Color theory examines the relationship between colors, they can be contrasting, highlighted or analogous, similar color choices. Color harmony is the roughly symmetrical placement of colors on the color wheel, so something representing a geometric relationship by placing colors on the color wheel.
