Alpine WSL

Windows S mode currently *NOT* supported.

This app runs through these steps when it is first launched: 1. Downloads the official Alpine Release from the official website (tar.gz) 2. Checks it's sha256 checksum 3. Let the windows api extract the tar.gz 4. Change permissions for / to 755 (non recursive) 5. Install some pre-requirements for better wsl integration 6. Create a user account 7. Drop the user into the Alpine Userland
