its not working

I can't even get it to open.

This app seems horrible. It will not load or open when I sign in. It just spins like it's thinking but it won't load anything.

Hope this note gets a response. I did bring an active zoom account to my efforts this morning. I have spent close to 90 minutes and this app has been unable to verify my account. I was working with an out-of-town colleague the whole time by cell phone. I can see why folks are rating this so poorly!
