I'm on day 30 and I can really see and feel results. My only complaint is that it doesn't provide you with a time to complete the day's routine. If I was told "it will take 28minutes to complete today's workout" it would be very helpful for planning when to fit it into my daily schedule. That being said I highly recommend it for anyone trying to increase definition in their abs.

Well, after 42 days all I can say is that i feel Great. I dont see much difference in my look cause im a bit fat but my core is really strong now. All i have to do is reduce my fat and i wilk be like a god :o

Great ab workouts but needs a reminder just so it can keep you with the workout. Other than that perfect

I kinda had abs before but they weren't as defined as I wanted them to be. This really works them. Get it!

Amazing app. Simple instructions, wish it had a daily reminder, maybe on the live tile. Seeing results quickly.
