PowerDVD for Lenovo Idea

I put a DVD into my computer and says loading 4 hours plus it keeps saying the desktop version of cyberlink powerDVD is not installed.

This came on my Lenovo, I have wasted so much time trying to get it to work. I probably will not buy Lenovo again, since the partner with craplike this.

It just sits there and says, "Loading..."

This app was preinstalled on my Lenovo G50. Tried to play a dvd and it wouldn't load. Kept getting error message. Called warrantee support and was transferred to Premium support where I was told that software was not covered under the warrantee and they wanted to SELL me software support for $20 per month. Three hour on the phone and no help. I found out the next day that this app is $%#@ after reading reviews. A can only assume that they put these garbage apps on new computer so they can SELL your solutions to problems they create. Buyer beware!

This app came preloaded on my Lenovo computer but it does not work at all. All I can get is a Loading message and nothing ever happens.

Delete it off your computer immediately.
