The app does what it says... You can, in fact add music to any of your saved videos.. The only problem is, if you're looking for perfect timing, there's no way to do that other than by trimming from the beginning or end of the video. In other words, if you wanted the song to start like 10 seconds into the video, you would have to trim the first 10 seconds off of the video. The song starts directly at the beginning of the video. If only Microsoft offered something as easy as IMovie that Apple offers. Overall, it does what it says. It just doesn't do anything more than that (or offer much customizability).
