After reading a review on Windows Central, I thought I'd give it a try. Five minutes later, I was sold. The clean UI plays well with others (phone/tablet) and the inclusion of Markdown (something I just discovered) is great. In my job, I often create gnarly readme files and release notes...this should be a boon. Thanks for the hard work and not stopping at "good enough". This is a professional-looking and performing appy.

I've been looking for a simple, clean, and functional editor with full-screen, Markdown, integrated spell checker, and basic text stats for a long-long time. You know... Something fast and unobtrusive to do your basic draft writing without turning to the heavyweights like Word or Scrivener or what not. Look no more! This is the real deal. Several themes, configurable font, focus and full screen modes, real fast Markdown preview, even tabs for opening up several files at once. Grab it! Get a premium version! Here, hoping the dev keeps up the great work.

This app is awesome! If you want a quick, clean, distraction free way to write, this is the app for you. I'm happy to support this developer who made a great app. A bargain at $4. Try the free version and you'll love it. Then buy the premium version.

Kind of addictive when you need to take notes

A simple to use notepad app, but with several font and theme customization options. From the maker of my favorite Weather app Appy Weather. Used Appy Text for a day and quickly paid the $1 to get the premium features and support the developer.

Using it in place for notepad on desktop and phone. Dark UI is enough reason to support the dev.

I read a review about it on Windows Central and I decided to give it a try, after five minutes trying the premium trial and set it to one of the dark modes I'm sold. Not only opens your text files and make them look nice, thanks to the superb interface, but also it's super easy to use and learn. The inclusion of markdown is a plus for many people, this is amazing, honestly I've ditched Notepad for this app. 5/5, would install again and seriously I'll buy it as soon as I can
