Dynamic Refresh Rate Tool

This application lets you analyze the refresh rate of your display. If your setup supports dynamic refresh rate (https://devblogs.microsoft.com/directx/dynamic-refresh-rate/) you will be able to see when other apps boost or you may toggle the boost yourself by clicking the button. You can also choose the folder and enable logging, it will generate a file with refresh rate statistics and all the events that happened during the logging.
