Nuget Pacman

NuGet Package Management for VC projects.

WinUI3 projects uses NuGet packages. The default package manager in VS do not support relocate the local cache folder. After we edit the local cache folder, it becomes impossible to switch among different versions for the packages.

This little app solves these two issues.

1. Customize and unify NuGet packages cache location to be Solution based, rather than a folder related to each project file. 2. Switch versions of a package versions among different projects.
