It translates, but causes issues. by Archwizard

The extension does its main job properly, at least in my use cases, but causes problems when typing, especially when posting replies under Facebook comments. I suspect it interferes with spell checking, and even the copy/paste feature. I often get duplicate sections of my text, when I paste. i.e. a paragraph above the content I copy/pasted.

Very quick and useful by 昊

The translation is very fast and accurate. There are many choices of target language, which makes it very useful.

    Translates well by Vivek

The app gets the job done and translates reasonably well. As with any language translation and what that means could be different, communication is a lot more than words, but the app does it's job well of translating the words.

Works right out the box by Al

Just gave it a trial run and it works. Easy to use and the instructions were very clear. Now if the browser would speed up a little more I'd make it the default but that's OK. It's nice to have a good option like this in today's world and I'm recommending the app as it's a good one.

    Works(ish) by Chuck

The app does its job, but it doesn't always work because it has trouble detecting that a page is in a different language sometimes.

Good tool for traveling by Deborah

Because I don't know Spanish, I relied heavily on this app while I was in Spain for 3 weeks. By downloading the language pack and saving it on my phone, I was able to use the translator while on the go without having to access my data plan, which would have incurred substantial charges while roaming. Manual entry was very reliable, and camera entry worked most of the time. I would have given the app 5 stars except that translation of idioms was rough. For example, a menu item that translated into English as "Stick of the Orchard" turned out to be grilled vegetables on a wooden skewer.
