TOUCH SCREENS

There is no app that will make your computer or device's display a touch screen. It either comes that way or doesn't. This is an app that simply describes various touch screen technologies. Don't down rate the author because you're foolish enough to think installing a free app will turn your $200 display into a $1000 one. Though I give it 3 stars because the description does not make this clear... Even though you'd think a basic understanding of technology would make that unnecessary.

does not tell how to get it started, I touch the screen nothing happens , still using my mouse .

The name is very deceptive and it has to be changed. If I wanted a definition about a touch screen I would of looked it up on the internet . It's a lie, a lie :( :( :( :( :( :(
