Snapfish

I am not very happy. I can't access this program without getting an update notice. Then, when I go to update it, there is no way to update.

I have used Snapfish before, and would have given it 5 stars. I received an email to use this newer version, and receive 100 prints free each month for 1 year. It isn't easy to use. I have gotten errors. I can't find a way to remove doubled photos from the cart. I definitely liked Snapfish before it was changed. Also, it only gives the "pick up from store" option. When it ask for "shipping type", there is no option. My cart is ready, but I am unable to finish my order.

basically you cant do anything. the first thing it wants to do in edit is crop the picture to just a section. I found no way around this.

I am very disappointed with this HP app. Virtually no instructions, had to call help to figure out how to do anything. Lost some pictures because of my lack of knowledge and now I'm afraid to remove it for fear of losing all my pixs. This app sucks.

HPconnected Photoi is the most T errible thing I can't SEE ANY OF MY PICTURES

when I use the app on my computer it closes anytime I try to upload more than 5 pics at a time and when I use it on my cellphone it restarts my order as soon as I get half way through cropping pics. I love using this app but these glitches have to go.
