Secure Random Password Generator

Downloaded, set parameters, and always states "Invalid Parameters." Unresponsive, can't close out the window when in this state.

Good app if users are saving passwords never to be re-entered or writing them down somewhere, but I'm looking for an app that generates passwords people can remember. Such an app would require built-in rules for generation such as number and special character substitution and consonant and vowel placement so that, even if nonsensical (not real words), they can still be (at least somewhat) memorable, i.e. "Famus0N!bl3"
