Pocketmags

I had a pocketmag account from iPad prior and when installed this app on Win 8 seen my library I had purchased from iPad. However when I purchased a subscription (2 mags) (verified Paypal charged) the app gave obnoxious error and said content not available. I was charged $27 for 2 mags but app doesn't show - filed a PP complaint as well as a complaint to Microsoft as well as to PocketMags. This app seems to have tech issues that need to be debugged immediately.

Great app, functions well, looks good and is nice and simple. 5*.

I had the same experience ordering as other reviewers - it debited my Microsoft account but no mag. On the plus side a couple of email exchanges got it for me. I found the organization of magazines confusing - two magazines that were on almost identical topics under different major headings. And the magazine I purchased is tough to read on 10" tablet - you have to expand the image, and that makes it difficult to page through. Unfortunately the specific mag I was interested in is only available through this app.

There is NO FAQ's section to query, nor any contact info available! UPDATE: After reading the other reviews, I am submitting my issue to the California State Attorney General's Office, via online complaint. ASAP! Don't waste your time on this fraudulently coded app!

It doesn't load some magazines even if I already downloaded them 100%.

After waiting for 2 months for my 'latest edition' of my ongoing subscription to appear in my library I realized 2 months had passed. My iPad has no issue showing the latest version edition when published. I finally found the missing editions in the 'shop' after a search. They'll only half download and I cannot restart the download. They will not add themselves to my library. Why this app wasn't tested by someone who wasn't the dev before it was released to the store - I don't know!

Just lost the magazine in my library and can't get it back, rebooted, logged off and on, restarted the app, still nothing. It even shows the mag I last read in the menu, but I cant access it. I installed the app on my Android Phone to see if it was an issue with the Magazine or Pocket Mags ... everything is fine on my Android. Very Frustrating .. I was in the middle of reading and switched windows for a minute, this started when I switched back.

After numerous complaints to their "customer support" (PC version) and them telling me to reinstall, I've removed it since it works occasionally (2% of the time) .
