not working,, installed but does not launch

After completing the download, the software goes to the opening logo then immediately closes. Uninstalled / reinstalled, rebooted, uninstalled / reinstalled a second time without any improvement. Windows Surface RT

Downloaded the app only to find it won't open on my Surface. I get the opening screen, the immediately booted out to the start page of the surface.
