LEADTOOLS Medical Web Viewer

I wanted to view some scans from a CD, but this software does not allow that. There are only a list of their scans viewable. OsiriX works, but could not install. I am new to windows 10, and I hate it so far. My mouse surprises me by moving my text into a new line, it installs candycrush and other horrible games on my computer. It's like a disease that just keeps getting worse.
