Fantasia Painter Free

This app is amazing!! It has everything you need in one place, from filters to masks to screens and everything in between! The layout is really clean and simple and modern, and the app itself is a delight to use. Definitely one of the best--if not THE best--editing/coloring apps in the windows store. 10/5 stars :D

(Lumia 520) If I could give this 6/5 I would. There is no lag, endless features, it never crashes and is extremely easy to use. This is the app I have been searching for, I just wish I'd found it sooner. I mean who doesn't want to do face swaps on their phone?

Best photo editing software on Windows Phone.

This is easily the best photo editing app. It keeps coming out with new features and effects, and has very cool existing ones. I have done hundreds of photos using this app and it is consistent and a go-to.
