If you can fast forward through the chatter (opening & closing of workout), it's fantastic for hitting targeted areas in short time spans; she also has a great overall workout.

Thank you for making it easy to have Blogilates right on my PC! I love being able to click on one window that takes me straight to the videos I need. Please add warm up and cool down (stretching) sections! Thanks for doing this.

Super glad to find a blogilates app. Very simple and clean look and works flawlessly! Adding a section to keep your favorite videos would be amazing!
