Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018

I did receive another email after the last negative update, and yet once again, I received another email trying to help. They wanted me to permeantly disable my ati-virus software to run their program. I don't know about any of you, but that just seems like a bad Idea to me . I once again, responded to them and again, no response after several days. I even gave them a number and a time to call me, like they asked, so they could call me and work this problem out. Did I ever get a phone call??? Hell no. So their customer service, sucks worse then their product!!! responded back with the issues and no reply at all, so again, its junk and now their customer service is junk. Negative stars if I could give it!!!!!! If I could give it less than a one star, I would. It is just junk. I can never get it to load, it just locks up my computer. It messed with my computer until I got rid of it. If you want to waste almost a hundred bucks, an afternoon, and a lot of hair, download this!!!!!

I don't like the fact that the screenshots and everything about the app seem more advance but its not. I feel like I paid for a instagram setting app. It crash most the time I just want a refund

It worked when I first purchased it, but now keeps crashing my computer when ever I try to load it since the most recent windows update. PLEASE FIX. I really need this app for work.
