Resx Translator

This simple application allows you to generate translated resx files for your Xamarin ( or other ) applications. You will write a .resx in the default language, but you will likely want to translate your app to other languages. So you can send that resx file to translators, have them download this app, and they can create a translated .resx. Then they send you the translated resx and you include it in your project!
