Description
This app loads a page from a URL that you provide, takes a snapshot image of that page and sets the Desktop Wallpaper from that. Very important!!! The app should not be minimised, and should be on top of other applications as long as possible. Otherwise, the resource management system of Windows could stop the execution and the Desktop would not be refreshed anymore.
