BMI (Body Mass Index) is a way of determine how much body fat you have. This is done by calculating a BMI value base upon your height and weight. With the quick BMI calculator, you can easily calculate your BMI. It will show the classification (Severely underweight, Underweight, Normal, Overweight, Obese Class 1/2/3), and in addition it will also show a graph on where your BMI value is compared to the norm. In addition, it will also calculate your body fat percentage. The quick BMI calculator supports imperial (pounds and inches) and metric units (kilograms and centimeters).
