Each of food additive has it own number, name, description and color, which describe affects on health: green (safe), red (prohibited/dangerous), orange (recommended high caution) and gray (no thorough research). All of E-numbers was assigned to groups such as dyes, preservatives, antioxidants, emulsifiers, etc. Application searches the database by number, name and description.
