ZynnoLink

ZynnoLink phone app is a simple and easy to use symptom tracking tool. The app is a part of a larger system that helps chronic patients better understand their complex conditions. Few times a day, it notifies the user to rate a specific symptom, and it records the response together with exact time and location. That information is later automatically transmitted to ZynnoLink central cloud server where it is further processed. The server helps visualize the data and creates detailed reports for users and their doctors. Notification schedules are fully customizable.

The app has two distinctive operation modes, Simple and Full mode. User can switch between those two modes and use whichever mode looks more appropriate for the particular symptom. Simple mode is designed mostly with seniors in mind, while Full mode might be a better fit for pain intensity tracking.
