Thy Voice

Thy Voice works with Phone Link and Thy Phone to allow you to engage in a telephone call by entering text (or choosing from pre-set phrases) and having it converted into speech for the receiving user. It opens up voice calling to Windows 11 users who may be permanently or temporarily unable to speak. Call control is managed through Phone Link or Thy Phone as normal. Thy Voice will show you when a call is active. A history of messages is kept on screen. As each is read out its color changes from an active highlight to an inactive gray. The app uses the default voice configured in Windows Settings > Time & language > Speech
