Zoetrope

I just wanted to say that Zoetrope is awesome. I made a long police chase stop motion video. My family and friends liked it! Please install this app in your tablet, iPod, or whatever. You'll really like it.

This product is ok, but the free version does not allow you to make a longer-than-30-sec video, and use a webcam or iPhone to take pictures. Kinda useless if you asked me.

This is a pretty good app but every time I want to take another picture, it makes me close one page, select take picture and take another. Other than that it is a great app.

I'm starting to get the hang of this program. And may I also add their help desk is awesome. I had a question about the cels on the photos and they hit me back in no less than 24hrs. Thank You. But there is this tiiiiiny little thing. I'm now having trouble erasing and find myself using the white color to do it because the ERASER seems to delete in strokes... not by section. But that's it. I'm excited about my clip can't wait to show it to you.

Okay not always reliable

The app was fun and easy to use. Unfortunately it started crashing on me after my first project was finished during my next animation.

I'm mostly interested in this app for the cel animation, which is nothing fancy but, then, I don't need it to be. I've been able to make a couple little test animations with it but I find that the cursor jumps around a ton when I try drawing, as though the app is registering both my pen and hand touches. Furthermore, when I closed and then reopened the app, it was showing all the lines I had erased, which doesn't make any sense and more or less forced me to redraw everything. I've further found that, if I switch from project 1 to project 2, all the cells I drew for project 1 will no longer be in the "Draw Animation Cels" window. This basically means that I cannot change projects until I have finished them. Also, "duplicate last cel" almost never works. And I can't actually draw in color though it says I can. And the select tool doesn't seem to work. This app has a lot of potential, but also a lot of bugs and design flaws.

its a really well done and fun to use app though I don't know how to change the FPS
