    Completely unusable by Steven

As another reviewer has pointed out, the app crashes upon trying to load the bookshelf. Given the fact that the other reviewer posted that review more than six months ago, and the tech support link is dead, I'm left to assume that you are no longer supporting it.

Can't open downloaded files by Devan

I was able to use .bdb2 files easily with the previous version. Now I am unable to use them at all, I am required to download each book separately according to which device I use. Is this just due to lazy development and maintenance?

    AWFUL by Mike

Even after I figured out how to use this awful software, it's still so poor that the distraction of using it interferes with getting something out of the material you are reading. Imagine trying to study for a test and having children scream in your ears from six inches away. It's kind of like that. I realize that they are trying to protect their books from being pirated but you know what? You can use non-proprietary formats (using apps that don't suck) and take advantage of the protection built within the app/format. Every device in the world supports .PDF files and most support .epub and both of those have multiple DRM solutions. This "skillpipe app" is a waste of company resources and my time. After my course is over I'll be uninstalling this with a vengeance.

One of the worst application seen! by Unknown

This is simply one of the worst applications I've ever seen! And... there is no support for it. Font cannot be changed, no customization of the reading layout, some text parts simply cannot be highlighted... Once you have highlighted a section there is no way for "undo", No possibility for complete offline usage for longer period of time. Sometimes a pop-up appears "You have exceed maximum number of sessions".... even if you have only one single session. There is no Windows Phone version (and no plans to develop one). Also no possibility to print/copy portions of text and/or convert it to a standard format (e.g. PDF). Sometimes drawings overlay text... no change to read and/or highlight... I simply don't understand why Microsoft did engaged this company without insisting on minimum quality of the application at least.
