ShareX

I've been using ShareX for a few years now and I can say that I'm super satisfied with it. It's wide range of options makes it the best screenshotting utility out there in my opinion.

I can record and take screenshots without having to pay and having only a trial version. Best software I've used so far.

The software does what it is meant to do. But it is a pain using touch to navigate. A UI revamp is needed.

This is an excellent app that finally came to Windows Store. But why it requires permission to Use All System Permissions. This selection does not allow us even to disable certain permissions form windows settings. I think this should be changed to proper required permissions only and will give it 5 stars.

I like its screen capture and recording functions, which are very convenient to use. The only problem is that the fonts are a little big on my Surface Pro 4. Hope it could be fixed soon!

Must install for every PC

Designed for capturing screen images and uploading them. Unfortunately I could not find a way to capture an image and save it locally. Now this is not a knock on the app as the app title is ShareX so clearly it is for capturing images and storing them in the Cloud for sharing. However in my case sometime I prefer to capture an image and save it locally without also saving them to the Cloud. After gong through the settings I could not find a way to do this. Again a great app that does what it says. Just not for me as an inclusive screen image capture app. If I am wrong about the ability to save a captured an image only locally I would appreciate feedback on how to do this. Thanks
