Simple and usefull

At the beginning the free version is appealing and very easy to use. Adding process steps and activities is very intuitive. However, once the process becomes complex, the App slows down considerably. I upgraded to the full version to avoid advertising, to create more than one process model (only one model is available for free) and to see if the speed would improve. The App is now frozen and my entire project is lost. If you want a quick and dirty BPM model for a one-time project, this is fine. If you need something more robust, look elsewhere.

The UI is confusing.

Cant change position of connectors, colors of process items, cant customize chart, cant save chart. I am using the tryout version. This version annoyed the life out of me. Not buying (not even trying) the full version. Not really an alternative to Visio. Not even close.
