Podcasts (beta)

Cast was working fine until the latest update. Now it crashes at the loading screen and takes me back to home. UPDATE: reinstalled and the app will now function, but podcasts that I had favorited and my progress were gone.

its broke as **** they really need to test before submitting updates cause i went to turn down the volume and instead it mute it self with no way to fix it and thats just one ******* out of the many

I love the features of this app. All of my favorite podcasts were easy to find and subscribe to. I had a few playback errors with the background functionality (which is the best feature). Also I wish the app was full screen, it's design is a little basic and hard to navigate. With some stability updates, this could be an incredible app for Xbox One!

i can find the shows i listen to but the ui needs more work for xbox one controllers

Works properly about 40% of the time. Hilariously user unfriendly.

This is a fantastic app. By far the best podcast app on Windows. It has everything you could want. It's absolutely perfect except that it refuses to sync on any of my devices and the Xbox one could use some native controls instead of just a cursor.

I've been waiting for a universal app like this since I got my Icon two years ago. I can't wait to see new features like: Multiple selection of podcasts ( it is very tedious marking each episode as 'played', one by one) Podcast Authentication And display options like 'view oldest to newest/by name/date' et cetera. Also the 'skip forward' functionality does not work with the drop down menu on mobile! Please fix it Thank you, David and Raphael, keep up the good work! Update: It's a cool feature, but I've since found it a hindrance. Everytime I minimize the app or attempt to launch a game, the podcast automatically pauses. I'd like to listen and play; is there a way to do this?

Update 6/21/17: This app needs to use the roaming profile functionality to have much better support between devices. It's abysmal trying to get your playlist synced from your phone to pc/tablet. App is great for keeping track of your podcasts in a very easy and intuitive way. Cloud sync allows you to listen to podcasts on the go by syncing your lists across devices. Would like to see a feature where it shows you the last time it synced to the cloud and/or a push notification.
