Free with many payment/bal inputs, however any type of plan which is NOT a once a month pay arrangement will cost you 1.99, not too bad to get the other features like input-ing bi-weekly payments etc.

This app does what it says, calculates mortgage payments and includes fields for extra payments, but is a bit limited. Maybe my expectations were higher based on the "analyzer pro" name. Would be better with insurance, tax, & HOA payment fields to show total monthly expenses.

This is a great tool - simple, easy to use and see results. I like the features it offers - export to email and load saved repayment. It can also be used for other type of loans.

Adjusting payments

I am havng a difficult time finding a way to print this and open it in a different spreadsheet

Ease of use and simplicity is good. Need a larger, visibly different calculator button.
