Good app, wish there was a way to keep the timers and milestones more in-your-face though... Like including them on the lock screen, or on the live tile.

I couldn't be happier. Once I DECIDED to quit then this approach completely backed me up. I love looking at what I've healed and what I have left to heal. I still live in a house of three other smokers, but knowing I can always push my craving timer really helps to stay on track. The app runs smoothly on my phone

Even though I just started this a couple hours ago the idea is brilliant. I like the timer and I think of it more as a FUN challenge.
