I paid for it and it don't work

I liked very much that I now know how to link a word document with an address in Excel. I would like to know if/how this works with large lists (I have 28 Million email addresses divided into 8 Excel workbooks of 35,000. How would I hyperlink them, individually, or in bulk and what are the limits.
