Converter Bot Pro

I wasn't able to open a 15MB .AI file to preview it and couldn't convert it some of the file formats mentioned in the application description. Developer contacted me to help determine root cause and other than that one problematic file and a slight learning curve associated with compatible export file formats, a solid app that I've installed on both my desktop and my laptop.

Wanted to batch convert PSD to JPG and this program will not do this. Found a FREE program at Photoshop that would do this easily.

Didn't work

Simple tried to convert an eps file to jpg and the program just hung.

You are not an honest broker on this Program! 1. You said it was Free!: 2. After I purchased it, I have not been able to convert the file I wanted to convert!: 3. You asked me to tell you if I liked it or not, before it really converted any file for me!: I have tried to convert this file for over an hour; It does not convert! You have caused me to waste my money on something which is useless! My money is valuable to me. When I spend it, I want a product which works! Then you continually show other products which I suppose to be just as useless as the one you advertised to be free, but turned out to be a falsehood!

Bought the pro version so I could convert a psd file to a docx file so i could open in word. I was NOT able to. The screenshot of the doxc file emblem is very misleading. I feel scammed.
