Excellent form of relief

Nice app to help you regain some calm. I suggest a sound playing after the in breath too so you can do this reliably with your eyes closed (having to worry about counting takes away from immersion)

Great. So simple but an instant calmer.

I gave this four stars because it functions as advertised except the schedule setting don't work. It doesn't start or end on the set time nor does it happen at the set frequency .

Simple and effective. A lifesaver at this point in my life, I have bipolar and anxiety disorders and am not medicated due to pregnancy. I am going through a considerable amount of stress, and while I dont get to use this app as much as I'd like, I use it as much as I possibly can and it helps a lot. The sounds are calming.
