I bought the family subscription on my iPhone thinking I could use it with my laptop. It doesn't even turn on the camera!

Does pair with Android but after I start listening the app never sends a sound. In opposite direction Android parent unit says connecting that never succeeds. The devices see one another. Probably version mismatch as Android gets more updates?

App on laptop keeps shutting down so I can't connect. Will not pay for it as long as it isn't working.

Love it! It is a very good monitor and can be used as an intercom - I can talk & listen to someone on the other side of my house. I only use it in my house, so I use it over wi-fi only. I love that I can use it on any wi-fi device - use a mix of Androis, iOS and Windows. I have had dropped connections, but if I fiddle around - disconnect from wi-fi and reconnect and restart the app on the devices, this usually restores the connection. Very good customer service. too. Thanks.

Love the simple interface. Really love the availability on Windows Phone. Sadly, it just crashes every time I try to link to the babies phone. Using two Lumia 640's.

Use it every day with no problems.

This has never worked from the start. It continuously shuts itself down. SO frustrating!!!
